The Receipts
A library for the emotionally literate and chronically over-analytical.
This is the DDWTF reading room: part neuroscience, part heartbreak recovery, part feminist rebellion.
Everything here connects back to the same question: “Why did it hurt that much, and how do I stop it happening again?”
These aren’t “self-help” books. They’re survival manuals for the girlies, gays, and geniuses who got gaslit into thinking they were the problem.

Dear Diary, WTF? Do I do with all this?
Read what makes you feel seen, not small.
The goal isn’t to forgive the abuser or worship neuroscience: it’s to understand how your wiring, your culture, and your heartbreak all conspired to make you question yourself.
Because the real healing flex
Learning that it was never you. It was your environment, your wiring, and one emotionally avoidant man’s nervous system running Windows 98.
